Is my phone eSIM compatible?
All iPhones XS and newer (2018+), Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+, and most recent Xiaomi, OnePlus, Motorola and Huawei phones support eSIM. Check with our compatibility tool above, or dial *#06# on your phone — if an EID identifier appears, your device is compatible.
How does activation work?
After payment, you receive in under 2 minutes an email containing a QR code and a direct install link. Open your Camera app, scan the QR code, and follow the on-screen instructions. The eSIM installs in about 30 seconds. You can activate it before you leave or upon arrival at your destination.
Do I keep my main phone number?
Yes, 100%. The AEY eSIM works alongside your main SIM card. You keep your number for calls and SMS, and use the AEY eSIM for mobile data. You can switch between the two at any time in your phone settings.
Can I buy before I leave?
Absolutely, and we strongly recommend it. You can install the eSIM as soon as you receive the QR code, but it only activates upon arrival in the destination country (on first contact with a local network). No risk of consuming your plan before departure.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all compatible digital wallets. All transactions are secured by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 standard). AEY never stores your banking data.
What if the eSIM doesn't work?

Is there any commitment?

Can I share my connection (hotspot)?
